As a member of the Cascade Coaching and Consulting team, Kim Hensley brings over 17 years of experience leading people and change, and specifically 8 years directly working in the financial services industry. Kim is passionate about developing the independent business owner’s CEO mindset which directly leads to creating a thriving, smart sustainable growth business.
Kim brings a wealth of professional knowledge on an entire menu of business coaching principles and practices. She specifically has a passion for leadership coaching, building company culture, teams and organizational effectiveness. Kim has been invited to speak at several national conferences on Organizational Effectiveness and Business Systemization which aligns people with systems and results. She has personally lead, and has worked with leaders and teams to identify a passionate vision, create pathways and orchestrate change which drives results and business owner pride. Kim’s works with business owners and COOs who want to lead and grow their businesses on purpose with more ease and balance.
Kim and her two daughters live in Tigard, Oregon. She enjoys being involved with her kid’s school and sport activities, traveling to sunny beaches, golfing and skiing. Locally, she is a huge fan of the Portland Trail Blazers and enjoys spending time in Pinot Noir country. Kim also enjoys giving back to her community and serves as the Auction Director for the Caddies for Cure organization.
