Frank has spent the last 24 years leading people and organizations, with the last eight years in an Executive Leadership position as a Region Vice President with Ameriprise Financial Services, split between overseeing the North East for four years (RI, CT, VT, MA, NH, ME) and the Mid-West for four years (MI, TN, KY, IN, WI, MN).
During his career Frank has spent a great deal of time turning around troubled organizations. Creating a positive culture, hiring the right people, and spending time developing their skill sets to make better decisions has proved to be a winning formula in every assignment he has been given.
You can expect a no nonsense approach from Frank as he will tell you what you need to hear – not what you want to hear. At the end of the day he understands it’s your business and ultimately you will decide on what actions you want to take, however he will not shy away from conflict or attempt to appease you. You can expect Frank to spend plenty of time with you and your team up front getting a very good handle on what’s working, what’s not, and what changes could have the biggest impact.
Frank has been married to Tracey for 18 years and has three children. Most of his free time is spent enjoying time with his family.
